CXP Ghana and KPMG Launch 2026 Ghana Customer Experience Excellence Awards

Entertainment

Customer Experience Professionals Ghana (CXP Ghana), in partnership with KPMG Ghana, has officially launched the 2026 Ghana Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) Awards, setting the stage for a second edition that aims to be bigger and more impactful than its maiden outing in 2025.

The awards programme was established to celebrate innovation, leadership, customer-centricity, and outstanding service delivery across industries in Ghana, while simultaneously promoting the growth and recognition of customer experience as a distinct professional discipline in the country.

Nominations for the 2026 edition officially opened on Monday, 8 June 2026, and will close on Monday, 31 August 2026. Individuals and organisations are encouraged to submit entries or nominate those whose work is redefining customer experience across Ghana through the official platform at www.cxpghana.com.

The awards will spotlight outstanding contributions across several key areas, recognising both individual practitioners and organisations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to placing customers at the heart of their operations. All entries will be assessed by an independent panel of experienced professionals applying transparent, standards-based evaluation.

Submissions will be supported by evidence, including data, case studies, testimonials, and measurable impact, ensuring that recognition goes to those who can demonstrate tangible results rather than mere aspiration.

KPMG Ghana will continue to provide independent quality assurance over the evaluation process, a role the professional services firm took on from the programme inception to ensure transparency, credibility, and integrity throughout the judging process.

The launch comes at a time when businesses across Ghana are increasingly recognising that customer experience is no longer a peripheral concern but a central driver of competitiveness, loyalty, and long-term profitability. In sectors ranging from banking and telecommunications to retail and hospitality, organisations that invest in understanding and improving the customer journey are finding themselves better positioned in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

The CXX Awards represent a growing movement within Ghana business community to professionalise the discipline of customer experience management, drawing attention to the practitioners and organisations that are setting the standard for service excellence in the country.
