Burger King Expands in Ghana with 8th Location

Business

Quick Angels Limited has expanded its Burger King franchise in Ghana with the opening of a new branch at the Center Point Mall, Atomic, Haatso.

The launch, spearheaded by CEO Emmanuel Lamptey, demonstrates the company’s growth in Ghana’s competitive Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.

Mr. Lamptey explained that the Haatso location was strategically chosen after thorough market research revealed a significant unmet demand within the Atomic-Haatso area. “This is our eighth branch in Ghana, and it represents our commitment to bringing international standards of food quality and service closer to the doorsteps of Ghanaians,” he stated.

The opening event embraced a “social-first” marketing strategy, inviting numerous influencers and content creators to experience the new facility. This initiative underscores Burger King’s focus on attracting Gen Z and Millennial customers, key demographics driving the growth of the QSR market in Accra.

Looking forward, Quick Angels Limited has outlined an ambitious expansion plan extending beyond the Greater Accra Region. Mr. Lamptey announced that Burger King anticipates opening locations in Lakeside Estate, Koforidua, and Kumasi by the end of 2025, with the aim of growing its national market share.
