The Ghana Police Service has arrested three suspects connected to multiple robberies across Greater Accra communities, recovering firearms and ammunition during operations on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day 2025.
According to police reports, suspects Seth Noi Tetteh (alias “Wonder”), Selasie Emmanuel, and Sulemana Osman were apprehended between December 24 and 26 following intelligence-led operations. Their arrest spans affected areas including Afienya, Atadeka, Apollonia, Spintex Road, Airport Residential Area, and Ashaiman.
“During interrogation, suspect Tetteh admitted involvement in robberies across eight communities and revealed he operated with accomplices,” police stated. This confession led investigators to a hideout in Kasoa Ofankor where Emmanuel and Osman were captured.
A search of the suspects’ residence yielded critical evidence: one pump-action gun, one Bruni pistol, one BB cartridge, and three rounds of ammunition. Police confirm these items will serve as exhibits in ongoing investigations.
All suspects remain in custody as security forces intensify efforts to dismantle the entire robbery network. “We’re pursuing all leads to ensure every individual connected to these crimes faces justice,” a police spokesperson told journalists.
