Man, 40, Remanded for Alleged Murder

A 40-year-old man, Christopher Kabore, has been remanded by the Juaboso Magistrate Court for allegedly murdering his 31-year-old wife, Nadeye Kasore, at Sehwi Saa Kwasikrom in the Western North Region.

The tragic incident reportedly stemmed from a domestic dispute. According to police reports, Kabore inflicted multiple cutlass wounds on his wife before ultimately slashing her throat.

The suspect is accused of killing Nadeye after accusing her of refusing to have sexual relations with him for the past four months. Following the alleged murder, Kabore is said to have buried her body on one of their farms.

After his arrest, law enforcement officials ordered the exhumation of the body, which has since been preserved at the Juaboso Government Hospital mortuary pending further investigation.

Kabore has been charged with murder and is currently in police custody. He is scheduled to reappear before the court on January 20, 2026, to face the charges.

The Juaboso Police are continuing their investigations into the matter. More details are expected to emerge as the case progresses.
