The annual GREDA Awards, held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, is the foremost event celebrating excellence in the Ghanaian real estate industry. This year’s event was themed “Resetting The Housing Agenda under the 24-Hour Economy: GREDA – Government Collaboration,” emphasizing the need for public-private partnerships to address the country’s housing needs.

Myla Homes also received accolades in the Condominium Category, a testament to their strategic planning and commitment to client value. According to sources close to the company, this win is a significant milestone.
