2Face Claims Family Destroyed Marriage and Targets Natasha

Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, known as 2Baba, alleges his own family sabotaged his marriage to Annie Idibia and are now threatening his current partner, Natasha, in a viral video.

In a tear‑filled video posted on his social media channels on Tuesday, the award‑winning singer claimed the family’s meddling escalated beyond ordinary disputes, saying Natasha has begun receiving death threats linked to the ongoing feud.

"My family destroyed my marriage with Annie through constant interference and false narratives," 2Baba said, adding that the same pattern is now being directed at his girlfriend.

Idibia’s marriage to actress Annie, which lasted more than a decade before ending in 2020, had already been a subject of intense media scrutiny across West Africa. He attributes the split largely to relatives who, he says, spread rumours and fueled mistrust.

Regarding Natasha, the singer asserted he remains mentally sound and in full control of his personal decisions, dismissing rumors that he is unstable or in danger.

He appealed directly to the public and, in particular, to his kin, urging them to cease the harassment, stop circulating unverified stories, and allow him to live peacefully.

Idibia warned that he will disclose further details in the coming days, emphasizing that silence is no longer an option as the situation spirals out of control.

Ghanaian fans have taken to Twitter and local forums, expressing solidarity with the singer while calling for respect for his privacy, reflecting the cross‑border affection for the Afro‑beat icon.
