Electroland Ghana Limited has rewarded over 10,000 shoppers across the country through its Akyɛdeɛ Kɛseɛ Christmas Promotion, solidifying its commitment to customer appreciation.
Samsung emerged as the grand prize winner, receiving appliances valued at approximately GH₵100,000.
The promotion, which culminated on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Electroland’s Head Office showroom, demonstrates the growing importance of experiential marketing in Ghana’s competitive consumer electronics sector.
The winning shoppers were selected in a transparent draw, with prizes ranging from electronic gadgets to essential household items.
Adiza Ibrahim, Head of Marketing and Media Relations at Electroland, told Joy Business that the Akyɛdeɛ Kɛseɛ promotion is more than a seasonal event. It’s a core part of the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen its bond with customers.
According to Ms. Ibrahim, the Akyɛdeɛ Kɛseɛ promotion has been made a permanent feature, scheduled to run until 2029, ensuring continuous rewards for customer loyalty.
“We are proud to say that Akyɛdeɛ Kɛseɛ, our flagship customer loyalty scheme, has come to stay. This is just the beginning. So far, the rewards have gone beyond 10,000 customers, and we are grateful,” she said.

The overall winner, Miss Shirley Boateng, expressed her joy and gratitude, describing the experience as “overwhelming” and “rewarding.” She encouraged others to participate in future promotions, affirming the fairness and organization of the process.
