South African singer Tyla has emerged as the biggest Afrobeats artist in the U.S., according to Billboard’s year-end charts.

Billboard recently unveiled its U.S. Afrobeats Songs Artists 2025 list, and Tyla topped the rankings, surpassing established Nigerian stars like Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.

Wizkid secured the second position, followed by Rema at number three. Davido and Burna Boy rounded out the top five, landing in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

American-Ghanaian singer Moliy also made a significant impact, claiming a spot within the top ten alongside Nigerian artists Asake, Shallipopi, Seyi Vibez, and BNXN.

The chart continues with Fola, Tems, Olamide, Fido, Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, Chella, Kizz Daniel, Zinoleesky, and T.I Blaze occupying positions eleven through twenty.

Rounding out the list are British-Nigerian talents Odeal, Young John, Odumodublvck, Kunmie, and Ayo Maff. This demonstrates the growing global appeal and influence of Afrobeats music.
