Edudzi Tameklo Praises NPA Ladies for Winning Trophy Against Ghana Gas

The Chief Executive Officer of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Kudzo Tameklo, has lauded the NPA Ladies Football Team for their impressive victory, securing a prestigious trophy after defeating Ghana Gas Ladies in a keenly contested match hosted by Ghana Gas in October.

Mr. Tameklo extended his congratulations to the team, emphasizing that their win brought significant honour to the Authority. He described the achievement as a clear demonstration of discipline, commitment, and exemplary teamwork.

He highlighted the team’s remarkable feat of winning an away match against the host team, underscoring their unwavering determination and fighting spirit. “You brought great honour to the Authority. You visited somebody in his home and beat him. It demonstrated your service and dedication. Congratulations on your excellent work,” the NPA Chief Executive stated.

The NPA boss also commended the technical team, led by Tijani Shaibu and Daniel Oduro Mintah, for providing the necessary leadership and tactical guidance crucial to the team’s success. According to Mr. Tameklo, the technical bench played a pivotal role in preparing the players both mentally and physically for the challenge.

Mr. Tameklo made these remarks when the team, accompanied by the technical crew and the President of NAPET Ladies, Evelyn Yeboah, paid a courtesy call on him to present the coveted trophy.

He assured the team of management’s unwavering commitment to recognizing and appreciating their remarkable achievement. The NPA, he indicated, will continue to support initiatives that promote excellence and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.
