Ntiador has also developed technology solutions such as the DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station application and Multimedia Ghana’s elections application. Ntiador’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and he is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is also a Fellow and Council Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, and the CEO of TGTS Africa. His expertise has been sought by global institutions such as FAO, GIZ, and the World Bank.
