e-Crime Bureau Launches New Leadership with Third Board of Directors

e-Crime Bureau has inaugurated its third Board of Directors, a move expected to strengthen the firm’s strategic direction and solidify its position as a leading cybersecurity provider in Ghana and across Africa.

The swearing-in ceremony took place on Friday, November 28, at the Bureau’s offices in Accra, with retired High Court Justice, H.L. Justice Rebecca Sittie, administering the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.

Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako, the founder of e-Crime Bureau and former Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority (CSA), will chair the Board. According to the Bureau, his return as Executive Chairman is crucial for guiding strategic initiatives and expanding the firm’s reach into international markets.

“I am honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility to serve as the Executive Chairman, particularly considering the growth aspirations of the firm and the excitement of driving the Bureau’s international market,” Dr Antwi-Boasiako said.

He added, “I thank the Bureau and Members of the Board for the appointment. I look forward to working closely with Members of the Board, the Executive Consulting Leadership and staff, Partners and Clients towards the realisation of the Transition and Growth Strategy of the firm.”

The Board also comprises seasoned professionals and business leaders including Mr. Daniel Adoteye, a business strategist; Dr. Suzanne Nti, an expert in governance and organisational leadership; Professor Goski Alabi, a renowned academic and thought leader in technology and business; Mr. Hicham El Achgar, a specialist in digital innovation; Mr. Michael Abbiw, an expert in financial and operational strategy; Mr. Emmanuel Agyei, Consulting Chief Executive, responsible for the operational execution of the Bureau’s strategy; and Ms. Cecilia Antwi Kyem, who will serve as Board Secretary, overseeing corporate governance.

During a press engagement on Monday, December 15, the company reiterated its commitment to professional leadership, robust corporate governance, and scaling its service portfolio in cybersecurity consulting, technology solutions, and business transformation throughout the continent.
